OpenAI is hiring an Applied AI Engineer focused on Codex to design, build, and deploy AI-powered coding workflows for enterprise teams. Responsibilities
- Design and build AI-powered coding workflows using Codex and related LLM tooling
- Deploy production-grade developer workflows for enterprise teams
- Partner with enterprise customers to understand and solve real-world engineering problems
- Iterate on prompts, evaluations, and integrations to improve reliability and developer experience
Requirements
- Experience building and shipping production software systems
- Hands-on experience with large language models and AI-powered developer tools
- Strong software engineering fundamentals and ability to work across the stack
- Comfort working directly with enterprise customers and cross-functional teams
