Norlix is a fast-growing Danish insurtech building insurance and pension products for small businesses, with technology as its core product. As an AI Engineer, you will work closely with the Head of AI to improve how the company reads, understands, and analyzes insurance documents. You will own policy extraction, the analysis pipeline, and output quality through evaluation and measurement, making AI-driven document processing more deterministic and reliable.
Responsibilities
- Make policy extraction and analysis more deterministic and reliable
- Design and improve pipelines that extract and analyze content from documents
- Design agent architecture and decide where LLM/VLM adds value and where it does not
- Build evaluation and measurement to verify whether changes improve output
- Integrate AI into existing systems so it becomes a natural part of workflows
- Work independently with unclear requirements and ship frequently
- Read and review C# PRs and take ownership of the quality of what you build
Requirements
- Several years of professional experience as a developer
- Extensive C#/.NET experience
- Experience with agentic development, e.g. Claude Code or similar
