Neatspark is hiring a mid-level Data Scientist to work with a global e-commerce client through FCamara. The role involves designing, building, and maintaining data products and machine learning solutions, collaborating with engineers and analysts on high-impact challenges. This is a fully remote position open to candidates based anywhere in Portugal, with occasional ad hoc visits to client sites in the Greater Porto area. Work is conducted in English.

• Collaboratively design, develop, and support advanced solutions within the client's platform using statistical modelling and machine learning techniques.
• Work closely with Engineers and Analysts on highly impactful and complex challenges.
• Design, build, and expand data products using state-of-the-art technologies.
• Perform analysis and experiments to identify new opportunities and support implementations that evolve the client's data products.

• Degree in Mathematics, Computer Science, Machine Learning or equivalent specialised training/certification.
• Proven experience in data science environments, building and architecting production-level data products.
• Capability to design, model, develop, test, and maintain machine learning solutions, with experience in productising these solutions.
• Experience in SQL and Python programming, with familiarity in TensorFlow and other machine learning libraries.
