Join Shine's Banking AI Foundation & Ops Efficiency team as a Data Scientist - AI Engineer, building compliant AI workflows end to end. You will define evaluation metrics, curate golden datasets, monitor LLM components in production, and help build agentic systems with tool-calling and orchestration. You will own privacy and compliance safeguards, ensuring sensitive data is detected and redacted and every system is auditable. You will partner with software engineers to take projects to production and help other teams adopt what you build.

Requirements

Hands-on experience evaluating LLM-based systems, defining metrics, building golden datasets and monitoring production behaviour
Ability to build or debug agents with tool-calling and orchestration
Comfortable owning privacy and compliance safeguards, including sensitive-data detection and redaction
Can explain evaluation and design trade-offs clearly to engineers and non-technical partners
