Moloco is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead the strategy and development of its internal AI platform. This role focuses on building shared foundational tools, governed model access, and reusable AI building blocks that empower engineering and non-technical teams across the organization. The ideal candidate combines deep product management expertise with hands-on fluency in modern generative AI stacks.
Responsibilities
- Define and lead product strategy for the core internal AI platform
- Establish governed access to AI models, internal data, and company knowledge
- Provide essential building blocks for AI products, including agents and tool interfaces
- Oversee secure hosting, observation, and control of AI solutions with safety guardrails
- Partner cross-functionally with Engineering, Infrastructure, and GTM teams
Requirements
- 7+ years of professional experience, including 5+ years in Product Management
- Proven track record owning developer platforms, infrastructure products, or internal tooling
- Hands-on fluency with modern GenAI stack (agents, knowledge systems, evaluation)
- Strong analytical instincts for instrumenting and assessing user adoption
