Solutions Architect

Elastic is hiring a Solutions Architect to serve as a technical authority and trusted advisor to the sales team and customers. This role involves understanding customer needs and demonstrating how Elastic's Search AI Platform can address them. The ideal candidate has a track record in technical presales and is fluent in both French and English.

• Serve as technical point of contact for accounts and account managers.
• Develop deep understanding of customer goals and articulate how offerings address their needs.
• Craft and own value-based relationships at all levels in customer organizations.
• Participate in all phases of planning and execution from discovery to technical win.
• Develop and maintain deep understanding of Elastic products and solutions.
• Advise sales team on positioning Elastic products and services.
• Onboard, educate, and enable partners.
• Be the voice of the customer to engineering and leadership teams.
• Continuously deepen sales and technical skills.
