CDW seeks a Principal Solution Architect, AI to act as the subject matter expert linking customers, sales, and technical architects around Custom AI solutions. The role covers predictive AI, machine learning, generative AI, MLOps, data pipelines, and DevOps, positioning AI strategy, governance, and platform offerings. You will architect end-to-end AI systems, deliver customer demos, and support offering development and team growth.
Responsibilities
- Position CDW Custom AI capabilities to technical, outcome-driven, and ITDM customer personas
- Architect end-to-end AI systems integrating data pipelines, ML models, and deployment platforms
- Build and deliver customer-facing demos for generative AI, MLOps, and data preparation
- Support AI offering development, launch, and ongoing portfolio evolution
- Lead complex multi-technology engagements across hybrid platforms, workspace, security, and services
- Support sales in breaking into high-value accounts and qualifying opportunities
- Produce solution designs, RFP responses, TCO/ROI models, HLDs, and statements of work
- Develop less experienced team members and maintain relevant accreditations
