Cast AI is seeking a founding customer-facing AI Solutions Architect for its Kimchi product, which executes multi-model LLM workflows and autonomous agents with embedded governance and cost control. This hands-on individual contributor role sits at the intersection of inference optimization, autonomous coding agents, multi-model routing, and LLM governance. You will architect and execute growth strategies to scale Kimchi adoption and drive revenue expansion for existing customers.
Responsibilities
- Lead hands-on demos of Kimchi Coding, Studio, and Teleport inference products.
- Set up Kimchi Studio workspaces within customer environments, configuring worktrees, integrations (Slack, repos, docs), and skills.
- Design and implement governance policies for customers, including spending limits, cost attribution, and model routing preferences.
- Help teams integrate Kimchi's serverless inference API and optimize model selection and routing for their workloads.
- Translate customer feedback into product input, highlighting agent failures, UX issues, and governance gaps.
Requirements
- Deep hands-on experience with LLMs: deployed, fine-tuned, evaluated, or debugged failure modes.
- Experience operating in fast-moving, change-prone environments.
