We are seeking a Senior Software Engineer to architect and implement MLOps/LLMOps systems within OpenShift AI, focusing on trustworthy AI and model safety features. You will design production-grade frameworks for model monitoring, bias detection, and explainability while actively contributing to open-source communities like KServe and TrustyAI. This role involves leading technical decisions, mentoring engineers, and collaborating across distributed teams to ensure scalable and reliable AI deployments.
Responsibilities
- Lead architecture and implementation of MLOps/LLMOps systems within OpenShift AI
- Design robust features for AI trustworthiness, including model monitoring and bias detection
- Drive technical decision-making and contribute to open-source communities like KServe and TrustyAI
- Mentor team members and lead code and architectural reviews
- Collaborate with product management to translate requirements into scalable solutions
Requirements
- 5+ years software engineering experience, with 4+ years in ML/AI systems
- Strong expertise in Python and production ML deployment
- Deep understanding of Kubernetes and container orchestration
- Extensive experience with MLOps tools such as KServe, Kubeflow, or MLflow
