Principal Machine Learning Developer, AI/ML Platform

Autodesk is looking for a Principal MLOps Developer to join its AI/ML Platform team. The role focuses on driving operational excellence and building scalable systems for training, deploying, monitoring, and governing machine learning and generative AI models. You will collaborate with research and product teams across design, manufacturing, and entertainment to deliver platform capabilities that support the full AI/ML lifecycle. This is a remote position open to candidates in Ontario, Canada.

• Drive operational excellence and MLOps practices across the full ML development lifecycle.
• Design and implement automated deployment pipelines for ML models and artifacts.
• Build scalable infrastructure for model training, inference, data processing, and artifact management.
• Develop low-latency, scalable prediction and inference services.
• Implement monitoring, logging, version control, and model governance practices.
• Collaborate with data engineers, researchers, and product teams to streamline operations.

• Extensive experience in MLOps and machine learning platform engineering.
• Proficiency in Python, Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud computing.
• Experience designing CI/CD pipelines for machine learning workloads.
• Strong understanding of data engineering and large-scale data processing.
• Knowledge of ML lifecycle, governance, and security best practices.
