About the Role
Amazon is seeking a Machine Learning Engineer II to join the LEGENDS organization, developing AI-driven solutions for talent acquisition. The role involves working with scientists on deep learning, generative AI, and LLMs to build scalable recruiting systems. Responsibilities include designing and implementing ML models, optimizing pipelines, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities
- Design and architect new and existing systems
- Write code and review requirements
- Participate in code reviews
- Work with product, scientists, and engineers
- Develop AI/ML-powered recruiting products
- Maintain knowledge-graph of key attributes
Requirements
- 3+ years professional software development experience
- Programming in Java, C++, or C#
- Experience designing and architecting systems
- Full SDLC knowledge
- Bachelor's degree in CS or equivalent
- Experience in machine learning, data mining, statistics, or NLP
Nice to Have
- Familiarity with Machine Learning lifecycle management, model training, validation, debugging tools, and analysis techniques
