Staff Computer Vision/AI Engineer [Remote]

Jobflarely is seeking a Staff Computer Vision/AI Engineer to lead the development of visual intelligence solutions for a platform processing real-world data from edge devices and cloud infrastructure. The role involves applied research and production-level ML systems for real-time decision-making. You will work with a team of engineers from top tech companies to build and deploy computer vision models at scale.

• Lead the full lifecycle of CV/ML model development from data collection to production deployment. Lead research and implementation of deep learning models for vision tasks such as detection, segmentation, and tracking. Design and build scalable pipelines for training and deploying models on cloud and edge platforms.

• 7+ years of ML experience with focus on computer vision. Proficiency in PyTorch or TensorFlow and Python. Experience with convolutional and transformer-based vision models, model compression, and inference optimization. Experience deploying models in cloud (AWS/GCP/Azure) and edge (TensorRT, ONNX, TFLite).

• Experience with IoT or edge intelligence platforms, Linux/Ubuntu environments, Agile methodologies, embedded systems, Docker, and prior startup experience.
